Scrambled Tofu



This was my first time making scrambled tofu with tumeric I added way too much beacuse it turned bright yellow and I could taste the tumeric haha but it was still really good. I topped it off with sauted mushrooms, garlic and onions. Oh and also lots of hot sauce and ketchup.

Ill be making something exciting soon like sushi or a cake or maybe both! haha

Oh that is SO how i want my tofu scramble to look... with ketchup on top and filled with shrooms and onions and stuff. GOOD LOOKIN'!! i love it. Yum yum. How does too much tumeric taste!? i'm kinda curious...

Its sort of a wierd taste it almost tastes like something you would find in indian food like curry.

I have done the same thing with the over-turmeric-ing, I hear ya. Still looks good! I also like to over hot sauce mine, especially when I order them out.
