Kabobs and Potato Salad

My dad came over today and stole 3 of the kabobs before he left haha he said they were "amazing". Awww I love my dad he always bosts my cooking ego. I marinated the tofu for a few hours before skewering them I wanted to marinade some mushrooms to but I didnt have any in the fridge o well next time. The potato salad was really good but I ate so much that I thought I was going to die.






And as a prize for putting up with my bad photo skills another photo but this one with me and my kitten Miso.

Ok heres what I used

5 potatoes
Celery
Onion
Black Olives
Sea Salt
Pepper
Potato Salad Spice
Sugar (this is really important add a large pinch it really is the "secret" ingredient)
Vegan Mayo (I just use enough to lightly coat the potatoes and give a slight creamyness)
Apple Cider Vinegar

There was probably some other stuff I threw in there to but I cant remember but thats most everything.

What about the tofu kabobs? what did you marinade them in and what else is on the kabob (or supposed to be)?
